Your Daily Shot of Vitality - I read the following recommendations from the MAYO Clinic, "How and when to drink Water". Drink 2, 8 once glasses of water upon rising. 1 glass 30 mins before each meal, before you take a hot bath, and one glass before you go to sleep. I have been following this for about a month and I use the best water on the planet, the Nikken Pi Mag Waterfall System. I drink it, I bathe in it, I cook with it, I wash my fruits and vegetables in it.
